Horizons Showcase

Horizons Programs, the Curta Kinoforum – Sao Paulo International Short Film Festival's newest program, gathers Brazilian and international short films that mix different countries and cultures, bringing recent social and cultural movements, mainly starring young people.

In this new program selected from the films submitted to the 34th edition of Curta Kinoforum, this dialogue also deepens in the theme, establishing a transit with youths from all over the world and their demands.

The 13 selected films are organized into three programs. In the first one, the shorts incorporate other arts in their narratives, such as dances and performances. In the second one, there are the different realities of the young universe in various parts of the world. And, in the third one, we present social and cultural movements on the rise internationally.
